Southern Italian Cookery

As the months get warmer we are delighted to bring back to our Summer schedule our Southern Italian Cookery Course, which proved so popular last year.  Once again we will be making Puccia bread, Orecchiette Pasta and a delicious Peperonata salad, all from the region of Puglia. We will also make Sea Bream in Crazy Water and the famous sandwich – Mozzarella in Carrozza from Naples.  And lastly as one of your take homes dishes, Melanzana alla parmigiana from Sicily.  A real feast of Italian ingredients all baked under the warm mediterranean sun.

Full day hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, three course lunch with wine, a dish for two to take home, and even someone to wash up!

• Sea Bream in Crazy Water
• Peperonata alla Salentina
• Puccia with black olives
• Mozzarella in Carrozza with Tomato & Chilli Sauce
• Orecchiette with spicy sausage
• Melanzana alla parmigiana
• Almond & Pistachio biscotti
