Indian BBQ Masterclass

A new addition to our series of BBQ courses this afternoon, an Indian Feast with our professional chef Kirna Amin.   As usual all dishes will be cooked on our Big Green Eggs.  So if you want to learn more about cooking on a Kamado style bbq on this hands on course, or learn how to add smokey bbq flavours to authentic indian cuisine, then come and join us for a fabulous afternoon tantalising your tastebuds!

As per our other BBQ courses you will learn how to light your bbq, what fuel to use and the secrets behind cooking succulent roast and smoked dishes.

This is a hands on course and dishes will be eaten during the course and refreshments will be provided, including of course the obligatory beer.
