Korean Street Food Evening

£70.00This evening we will teach how to make some of South Korea’s signature Street Food dishes. This combination of spicy, salty, sour and sweet flavours will take your taste buds to another level! These dishes make great appetizers, party food or a simple meal. Our professional Chef will expertly guide you through the ingredients, including “Kimchi” (a traditional dish made from salted and fermented vegetables) and flavours of the diverse dishes. At the end of the evening wash down the fruits of your labour with a complimentary glass of wine or beer. Boxes will also be provided for any left over food to be taken home in.

• Gimbap – seaweed rice roll, filled with beef, spinach, carrot and egg
• Bindaetteok – Korean Mung Bean Pancakes
• Dakgangjeong – spicy, crispy and crunchy fried chicken with peanuts
