You can’t beat the aroma of freshly baked bread, and once you have learnt how easy it is, there will be no stopping you! This morning, our professional chef Ian Dowding, will introduce you to the basics of bread making, the different flours available, how yeast reacts, the flavours you can add to your dough, and most importantly how to bake the perfect loaf. You will make three delicious loaves to take home with you.
Half day course hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, bags to take your loaves home in, and even someone to wash up!
