Discover the more intricate techniques of pre fermented doughs and sweet breads on this half day course. We will use our own ‘sourdough’ starter to make your loaf, but you will also have the opportunity to make your own starter to take and home and nuture in a jar for future bread baking! N.B. You don’t have to have been on our introduction to Bread Course, this course is suitable for beginners as well.
Half day course hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, bags to take your loaves home in, and even someone to wash up!
