Welcome to Ashdown Manna Cookery School, a place in the heart of Sussex to learn the art of good food.
We are a small cookery school specialising in one day hands-on themed courses, using fresh seasonal Sussex produce and organic ingredients where ever possible.
All of our courses are taught by experienced professional chefs who make the day both fun and informal and with a maximum group size of eight, individual attention is assured. Our courses are designed for all levels of abilities, whether you are a complete beginner or would like to develop your existing cooking skills.
Our courses run from 10.00am until 4.00pm during which time you will prepare a number of dishes. Some of these you will sample at lunch time with a complimentary glass of wine from a local wine producer, and others you will take home, so that's supper sorted too!
We are based in a rural area on the edge of the beautiful Ashdown Forest which offers a wealth of interest and attractions if you wish to combine one of our courses with a short break. We can help you to find local accommodation should you require.
