Vegan Italian Cookery

On this new half day course, we have ‘veganised’ some traditional Italian dishes for you. Our professional chef, Stefano Imperiale will guide you through the dishes on this hands on course. We will provide containers for you to take your bread, pasta and sauce home. The risotto we will eat at the end of the class.
• Classic Focaccia
• Buckwheat Tagliatelle (without egg)
• Roasted vegetable and basil sauce with balsamic vinegar
• Pearl barley risotto with roasted butternut squash, cherry tomatoes and rocket
