Thai people like to eat at all hours of the day and often on the move, so street food or hawker food is a subculture that thrives all over the country and some of Thailand’s best food can be found on these market stalls. This morning, our professional chef will help you prepare a variety of dishes, and as usual you will be able to take your delicious, spicy results home with you.
Half day hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, boxes to take your dishes home in, and even someone to wash up!
• Borbia – Thai vegetable spring rolls.
• Gang Keaw Wan Gai – Thai green curry with chicken with homemade paste.
• Sen Mee Pad Sea-ew Moo – stir fried vermicelli noodle with pork fillet in dark soy sauce.
