Thai people like to eat at all hours of the day and often on the move, so street food or hawker food is a subculture that thrives all over the country and some of Thailand’s best food can be found on these market stalls. This morning, our new Thai chef, Belle Case, will help you prepare a variety of dishes, and as usual you will be able to take your delicious, spicy results home with you.
Half day hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, boxes to take your dishes home in, and even someone to wash up!
• Borbia – Thai vegetable spring rolls.
• Gang Keaw Wan Gai – Thai green curry with chicken with homemade paste.
• Sen Mee Pad Sea-ew Moo – stir fried vermicelli noodle with pork fillet in dark soy sauce.
