New for 2018, a full day course dedicated to this fragrant and delicious cuisine. Thai food not only perfectly blends textures, aromas and flavours, but also has many medicinal/health benefits. Today our Asian Chef, Belle Case will teach you the fundamentals of this complex, yet dazzling cuisine.
As on all our full day courses you will prepare your own 3 course lunch and a delicious Thai curry for two to take home.
• Moo Yang – marinated grilled pork served with spicy dipping sauce and glutinous stream rice.
• Learn Gai – spicy mince chicken salad
• Gang Panang Nuer – Mild curry with beef and kaffir lime leaves
• Pla Ming See-ew – steamed fish with ginger and mushroom in soy sauce.
