Thai cooking is famous for its combination of flavours, including the four main seasonings, salty, sweet, sour and spicy, producing some of the world’s most complex and dazzling dishes. Today we will explore these ingredients combinations producing some truly authentic, mouthwatering dishes including salads, dipping sauces and curry pastes. As always you will sit down to a three course lunch with a glass of wine and in the afternoon make a delicious curry for two to take home.
