Experience Spain’s magnificent, colourful, mini Mediterranean dishes on this afternoon’s half day course.  Traditional tapas dishes, make great Canapés or light lunch dishes if you are entertaining.  You can nibble on the fruits of your labour during the course, and there will still be plenty to take home to share with family and friends.

Half day course hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, boxes to take your food home in, and even someone to wash  up!
