Al fresco entertaining can be friends round for lunch in the garden or a lazy afternoon picinic and today our professional chef, Ben Albertson, will teach you some great new fresh ideas for such occasions.  Homemade brioche buns, spinach & feta sausage rolls, miso baked aubergine and a delicious kohlrabi remoulade are just a sample of some of the delicious meat-free dishes included today.  As always you will sit down and sample your mornings work with a cool glass of wine and return to our kitchen in the afternoon to make a delicious dish for two to take home.

Sample dishes
• Vegetarian scotch eggs with piccalilli salad
• Butternut squash, spinach & feta sausage roll with spiced tomato chutney
• Panisse (chickpea chips) with a pea & mint crème fraiche dip
• Kohlrabi Remoulade
• Homemade Brioche buns filled with Puy lentil & feta patties
• Miso baked aubergine
• Tahini mayonnaise
