There is so much more to Mexican Food than Tacos and Fajitas. Authentic Mexican Food is quick to prepare, easy to share and great fun.  At the end of the morning you will be able to take your dishes home to enjoy that evening,  plus of course all the recipes so you can replicate these delicious dishes.

Half day hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, boxes to take your dishes home in, and even someone to wash  up!
