These delightful French-style fancies make a perfect bite sized after-dinner treat and unfilled will keep in an airtight container for a few weeks, so make perfect foodie gifts.  As simple as they look, Macaroons can be a little tricky, so come along and master the basic techniques of creating these delicious treats with their soft chewy centres and crisp meringue shells.

We will also show you a variety of fillings and decorations for your macaroons, including white chocolate ganache and honey comb pieces.

Half day course hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, boxes to take your macaroons home in, and even someone to wash  up!
