This afternoon our Asian Chef, Belle Case, will teach how to make some tasty, authentic Korean dishes. Korean food provides a variety of tastes and textures and are noted for the number of side dishes that accompany steam-cooked rice. Belle will expertly guide you through the ingredients, including “Kimchi” (a traditional dish made from salted and fermented vegetables) and flavours of this diverse cuisine to produce three delicious dishes.
• Gimbap – seaweed rice roll, filled with beef, spinach, carrot and egg
• Jabchae – sweet potato noodles with pork
• Dakgangjeong – spicy, crispy and crunchy fried chicken with peanuts
