On this full day course, we embrace all the Italian classics and celebrate their passion for good, hearty food. You will learn how to make your own pasta and gnocchi, the secret behind cooking the perfect risotto, delicious Focaccia Bread and a traditional dessert. You won’t be going home hungry after this one!
Full day hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, three course lunch with wine, a dish for two to take home, and even someone to wash up!
