Vegetables are an integral part of Indian food, which boasts a huge variety of tasty and nutritious dishes, veggie heaven! Today we will show you how to blend spices to suit your own palate and how easy it is to adapt recipes to give a healthier alternative to takeaways and bland supermarket ready meals.
Please note this course can easily be adapted to suit a vegan diet too. So please just let us know when booking.
You will sit down and enjoy some of your dishes you prepare for lunch with a glass of wine or beer, and the rest take home and enjoy or just pop in the freezer!
