Enjoy preparing authentic, colourful, aromatic dishes from the Indian sub-continent including traditional curries, dahls and chutneys. Today we will show you how to blend spices to suit your own palate and how easy it is to adapt recipes to give a healthier alternative to takeaways and bland supermarket ready meals.
You will sit down and enjoy some of your dishes you prepare for lunch with a glass of wine or beer, and the rest take home and enjoy in the evening or pop in the freezer!
