Spend more time with your guests instead of slaving away in the kitchen. Today we will look at dishes that can easily be prepared in advance and also some quick last minute dishes for those unexpected guests!
As with all our full day courses, you will prepare your own three course lunch, which you will sit down and enjoy with a glass of wine, and then in the afternoon prepare a delicious dish for two to take home.
