Our half day Bread course has been our most course popular since we started and we have been asked several times to introduce a ‘Bread 2’ course from satisfied clients, so here it is! This half day course will cover the more intricate techniques of pre fermented yeasts and sweet breads. N.B. You don’t have to have been on our introduction to Bread Course, this course is suitable for beginners as well.
Half day course hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, bags to take your loaves home in, and even someone to wash up!
