Our new hands on basic baking course will answer all your questions on how to bake the perfect cake, with no soggy bottoms and light fluffy sponges.  Whether you are new to baking or you just want to refresh your baking skills, this course will cover four basic bakes for you to take home.  We will cover frostings and buttercream fillings as well.
