This morning we will show you how easy it is to make your own pizzas at home from simple, fresh ingredients with our Italian professional chef, Stefano Imperiale.
Stefano will show you how to make and knead and shape your own pizza dough from scratch and then will show you a variety of sauces and toppings. Under Stefano’s guidance you will then make two delicious pizzas yourself. How you finish your masterpiece is up to you, whether you opt for the thin crust or a Calzone! Afterwards, sit down and enjoy one of your creations, the other you will be able to take home with you.
Half day course hands on course. Includes – tuition from a professional chef, all ingredients, laminated recipe cards, aprons, bags to take your pizzas home in, and even someone to wash up!

• Buffalo Mozzarella, Butternut Squash & Pine Nut Pizza
• Sausage, Wild Mushroom & Pecorino Pizza
