Classic Turkish cooking ranks among the greatest cuisines of the world and has a long and colourful history from its nomadic Central Asian roots to the refined recipes of the Ottoman empire.
As part of our Autumn course schedule, we are delighted to introduce this new half day course and welcome Mediha Kaya, who will be demonstrating her traditional, delicious recipes this afternoon.
As always you will be able to take your dishes home with you to enjoy for a delicious Mezze meal, all you will need is a cool, refreshing glass of wine!
