Classic Turkish cooking ranks among the greatest cuisines of the world and has a long and colourful history from its nomadic Central Asian roots to the refined recipes of the Ottoman empire.
As part of our Winter course schedule, we are delighted to introduce this new half day course and welcome Mediha Kaya, who will be demonstrating her traditional, delicious recipes this evening.
At the end of the evening you will be able to sit and relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.

• Sigara Boregi – Filo Pastry with feta cheese and parsley
• Islim Kebabi – Aubergine and Koftes in a tomato sauce
